About the role

Supports a growing family law practice. Confidently manages multiple priorities, maintains accuracy under pressure, and provides exceptional support throughout the lifecycle of a case.

Responsibilities

  • Manage discovery requests and responses
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Attend hearings and mediations
  • Research legal issues and precedents
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients
  • Contribute to case strategy and preparation

Requirements

  • At least two years of family law experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
  • CPA certification preferred

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with legal research databases
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
