Paralegal – Civil Defense Litigation ( WFH Policy )

You will own civil litigation cases end-to-end with minimal oversight.

• Anticipate needs and manage deadlines independently
• Function as the operational backbone of active litigation
• Fluent in CM/ECF filing in both Federal and State courts from day one
• Handle billing using ABA task codes with precision and consistency
• Organize discovery, pleadings, and exhibits under pressure
• Draft correspondence, discovery responses, and case summaries

Your writing must be sharp and court-ready, with minimal revisions needed by attorneys.

Your organizational and analytical skills will be tested daily across simultaneous active cases with competing deadlines.
