Paralegal - Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal with Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience to join a highly respected boutique firm representing corporate debtors. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated cases at a firm known for giving paralegals hands-on responsibility that rivals what associates do at large firms.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting Chapter 11 corporate debtor representations and out-of-court workouts
• Managing case documents and filings in a fully paperless, tech-forward environment
• Aiding attorneys with case administration, court filings, and deadline management
• Cooking with clients, creditors, and court personnel
• Taking on substantive responsibilities typically reserved for associates at larger firms

Key Requirements

• Chapter 11 bankruptcy experience strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be in the office to learn and grow
• Reliable and committed — no job hoppers (stability in work history is important)
• Comfort with technology and working in a paperless office environment
