We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal operations for a Contract position based in Philadelphia, PA. This role will contribute to document preparation, matter coordination, and administrative support across active legal files while working closely with attorneys and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable using legal technology to manage deadlines, records, and billing-related tasks. Responsibilities:• Prepare, format, and revise legal documents, correspondence, and case materials using tools such as Adobe Acrobat and other legal software.• Maintain accurate matter records and organize supporting documentation within case management systems to ensure files remain current and accessible.• Coordinate calendars, monitor key deadlines, and assist with scheduling to help legal teams stay on track with court and client obligations.• Support billing-related activities by tracking time, reviewing entries, and assisting with administrative tasks connected to legal invoicing.• Conduct document review and assist with briefing materials by compiling relevant records, exhibits, and supporting information for legal matters.• Use ACRIS and other research resources to locate property or case-related records needed for ongoing matters and claim administration.• Assist with claim intake, status tracking, and follow-up communications to support efficient handling of legal and administrative requests.• Work with platforms such as Aderant and CompuLaw to help manage workflow, deadlines, and matter-related information across the legal team. • Prior experience working in a paralegal or legal support capacity. • Proficiency with Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and case management software used in a legal environment. • Familiarity with ACRIS, CompuLaw, and related tools for records research and deadline tracking. • Working knowledge of billing functions, document preparation, and legal administrative procedures. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized calendars, and meet time-sensitive deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. • Experience supporting briefing preparation, claim administration, or similar legal matter coordination.
