Primary Accountabilities
- Operational (40%):
- Aid Contract Manager in drafting, editing, analyzing, and reviewing legal provisions for contracts between Inmar and external customers and vendors.
- Standardize contracts into legal templates where appropriate and update/revise such templates as necessary.
- Assist with a variety of legal issues, including employment law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and collections, and intellectual property.
- Administrative (40%):
- Support acquisition work including integration of acquired companies.
- Manage contract records in contract request tool and contract database.
- Perform administrative duties including electronic filing and mailing.
- Influence (20%):
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the business operations to ensure that the needs of the business are met.
- Continually develop and maintain knowledge of legal issues that affect legal contracts.
- Aid Manager, Contract Team, in communicating Inmar policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law department or law firm performing transactional work involving contract drafting and analysis, or 5+ years of related work experience involving business account service, routine analysis, and similar drafting and negotiation.
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, required.
