Primary Accountabilities

  • Operational (40%):
    • Aid Contract Manager in drafting, editing, analyzing, and reviewing legal provisions for contracts between Inmar and external customers and vendors.
    • Standardize contracts into legal templates where appropriate and update/revise such templates as necessary.
    • Assist with a variety of legal issues, including employment law, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and collections, and intellectual property.
  • Administrative (40%):
    • Support acquisition work including integration of acquired companies.
    • Manage contract records in contract request tool and contract database.
    • Perform administrative duties including electronic filing and mailing.
  • Influence (20%):
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of the business operations to ensure that the needs of the business are met.
    • Continually develop and maintain knowledge of legal issues that affect legal contracts.
    • Aid Manager, Contract Team, in communicating Inmar policies and procedures.

    Required Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3-5 years of experience in corporate law department or law firm performing transactional work involving contract drafting and analysis, or 5+ years of related work experience involving business account service, routine analysis, and similar drafting and negotiation.
    • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, required.
