Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking a Paralegal with strong experience in guardianship and conservatorship matters, particularly those involving adult clients. This role will primarily focus on assisting attorneys with guardianship and conservatorship filings, client communication, and case management. Secondary responsibilities will include supporting probate and estate planning work as needed.

Requirements

• Strong experience in guardianship and conservatorship matters
• Experience with adult client cases
• Highly organized and efficient
• Empathetic and capable of handling sensitive cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in legal settings
• Knowledge of guardianship and conservatorship laws and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$53,000 - $58,000 yearly

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.
