Paraeducator (Therapeutic/Preschool)

About the Role
The Region No. Four Supervision District is seeking a Paraeducator to collaborate in multiple educational settings, work with students with academic and behavioral needs, and support diverse learners. Candidates should be flexible, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for their assignment.
Experience working with a wide range of related service providers and support staff is preferred. Specialized experience in Literacy, Discrete Trial Instruction (DTI), Math, behavior management, one-on-one support, and inclusion settings is also preferred.
This is a full-time position, 35.0 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in multiple educational settings to support students with academic and behavioral needs.
- Work with related service providers and support staff to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate flexibility in assignments.
Requirements
- A passing score on the ParaPro certificate (457), or an Associate’s Degree, or 60 college credits.
