About the role

Paraeducators are hired for a position; building assignment is subject to change.

Schedule

• Hours: 6.5 hours per day
• Days per week: Monday – Friday
• Work calendar: 180 work days

Pay

$28.82 starting pay (Para 3, 2026–27 school year rates).

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• One of the following:
  • Official college transcript showing an AA degree or higher
  • 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100-level and higher courses
  • Official documentation of a passing score on a Washington State approved assessment
