We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Position Hours And Pay: details about hours per day, days per year, etc. Also pay: PSE Salary Schedule Level 5 - $25.40. - Important Information: includes note about 1:1 support paraeducator, change in assignment/location, official hire date, required training (Right Response Training within 3-5 months, must complete FCS and General Paraeducator Certificate, etc). Also includes federal minimum employment requirements (age 18, HS diploma or equivalent, plus one of list). Also includes link to para testing info (but that's maybe a link; we can keep as part of requirements? Might be considered a link but we can keep as part of requirements? It's not boilerplate; it's a resource. We'll keep. - Job Description: responsibilities: assist certificated staff with instructional and non-instructional activities for mainstream special education students, including instructing individually or in small groups, monitoring and documenting student behavior and progress, supervising student activities. - Job Summary ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Education: then a long list of duties (Essential Functions). This is basically responsibilities. - Other Functions: list of other duties. - Reporting Relationships: reports to school principal, receives guidance from assigned program administrator, assigned teacher or program specialist. - Mental Demands: description. - Physical Demands: description. - Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: education, training, skills, experience necessary; experience working with school age children and special needs students preferred. For Title One and Title One School-wide Special Education positions there is an associate degree, or proof of completion of the Washington State Paraeducator Assessment, or two years of higher education requirement per the Federal "No Child Left Behind" Act. - Allowable Substitutions: Not applicable. - Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: list. - Licenses/Special Requirements: fingerprinting and background check, infection control plan training, may need first aid/CPR, hepatitis-B immunization, may need Right Response certified, must complete FCS and General Paraeducator Certificate, etc. - PSE UNIT AFFILIATION: Paraeducator/Special Services - Wages And Benefits: link to details on salaries/wages, insurance, retirement plans, paid time off/vacation, paid holidays, other compensation. - Non-Discrimination Policy: long text; but we need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the non-discrimination policy sections (both English and Spanish). That is boilerplate. So we should not include that. - Application Procedure: Apply online - we should remove application instructions. Thus we need to keep substantive info: hours, pay, important information (including note about 1:1 support, change assignment, hire date, required training, federal minimum employment requirements), job description/responsibilities (essential functions, other functions), reporting relationships, mental demands, physical demands, minimum qualifications, required knowledge/skills/abilities, licenses/special requirements, PSE unit affiliation, wages and benefits (maybe we can include a Benefits section if there is specific content: they gave a link to details but not actual details. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting includes "Wages And Benefits Click here to access details on the following: Salaries/Wages Insurance Retirement Plans Paid Time Off or Vacation Paid Holidays Other Compensation". That is a statement that there are benefits, but not detailed. It says "Click here to access details". That is not specific content; it's a pointer. According to rule, we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state that there are wages and benefits, but not the specifics. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Wages And Benefits" heading with a list of categories but no actual values. Is that considered stating them? It states categories but not details. Might be considered stating them (they list categories). However the rule also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Benefits maybe. But we have explicit Pay info: $25.40 per hour (PSE Salary Schedule Level 5). So we can have a Pay section with that. For Benefits, we could note that benefits include insurance, retirement plans, paid time off/vacation, paid holidays, other compensation (as per link). That is substantive enough? It's a list of benefit categories. Might be acceptable. However the rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them (the categories). So we can include a Benefits section with those categories. Schedule: we have hours per day and days per year details. So we can have a Schedule section. Now we need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to these headings. - About the role: could include the note about 1:1 support paraeducator, change in assignment/location, official hire date, required training (Right Response, FCS, General Paraeducator Certificate). Also maybe the PSE unit affiliation? Could be part of About the role. - Responsibilities: include Job Description, Essential Functions, Other Functions, Reporting Relationships? Reporting relationships maybe part of Responsibilities or About the role. But we have a separate heading for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities -> Skills. Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience -> Qualifications (or Requirements). The federal minimum employment requirements (age, HS diploma, etc) could be Requirements. Licenses/Special Requirements could be Requirements as well. We need to avoid duplication. Let's map: About the role: brief overview: position is 1:1 support paraeducator, may change assignment/location, hire date based on board approval, required training (Right Response within 3-5 months, must complete FCS and General Paraeducator Certificate). Also maybe PSE unit affiliation. Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Description, Essential Functions, Other Functions (including instructing, monitoring behavior, supervising, administering tests, communicating with staff, maintaining records, correcting papers, supervising behavior, instructing behavioral rules, assisting with interpersonal skills, establishing communication, physical assistance, first aid, alerting staff, locating/modifying materials, preparing/distributing materials, serving on committees, modeling behavior, performing related duties). Also reporting relationships (reports to principal, receives guidance from program administrator, teacher, specialist). Could be part of Responsibilities. Requirements: federal minimum employment requirements (age 18, HS diploma or equivalent, plus one of: passed ParaPathways or Pearson assessment, AA degree or higher, 72 quarter/48 semester credits, completed apprenticeship, completed Master Teacher Inc. Paraeducator Online Training). Also maybe the note about Title One positions requiring associate degree or proof of completion of Washington State Paraeducator Assessment, or two years of higher education. Also maybe the note about experience working with school age children and special needs students preferred. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience (education, training, skills, experience necessary; experience working with school age children and special needs students preferred). Could also include the note about Title One positions. Skills: Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list. Benefits: list of benefit categories: Salaries/Wages, Insurance, Retirement Plans, Paid Time Off or Vacation, Paid Holidays, Other Compensation. Pay: PSE Salary Schedule Level 5 - $25.40 per hour (maybe note it's hourly). Could also note that it's based on schedule. Schedule: Position Hours And Pay details: 6.5 hours per day at 164 days per year; 3.5 hours per day for 14 days; and 7 hours per day for 4 days for the first year and 2 days each year following until certification is completed. Also note that position pay is PSE Salary Schedule Level 5 - $25.40 (but we already have Pay). So schedule section includes hours details. We must not repeat job title. Also we must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce sections as needed. Let's craft:
