EducationFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? There's a list of essential functions. Requirements? Qualifications? Skills? Benefits? Pay? Schedule? We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: "Paraeducator, Learning Support Bilingual Required - English/Spanish All applicants must take and pass the LTI written and oral assessment. Successful applicants will receive an additional 1.00 per hour, which is included in the stated pay rate. 6.5 hours per day, 9 months per year This is a one-on-one position Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Non-Exempt" We have pay info: "Successful applicants will receive an additional 1.00 per hour, which is included in the stated pay rate." Not a specific number. Also "New employees start at the minimum hourly rate in the salary range." Not a specific number. So we cannot create Pay section because no specific pay rate given. However we have schedule: "6.5 hours per day, 9 months per year". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. Benefits: there is a Benefits/Compensation paragraph with details about salary, time off, benefits eligibility, retirement. So we can include Benefits section. Qualifications: there is a Qualifications section with details: Documentation verifying a high school diploma or GED AND one of the following: official transcripts verifying an Associate's degree (90 quarter, 60 semester) OR 72 quarter or 48 semester credits from an accredited university, college, community college or business school; OR ETS ParaPro Assessment result of 461 or higher. Also one year of related experience working with children in an educational setting preferred; Successful experience as part of an educational team preferred; Experience which demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and skills in working effectively in a team environment, providing support to achieve the desired goal(s) for the classroom and/or program area; Possess excellent problem solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills and ability to think quickly. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of abilities. Other Requirements: list. Essential Functions: list. Thus we can have sections: Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (maybe combine as Skills?), Other Requirements, Essential Functions, Benefits, Schedule. Also maybe About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Could map Essential Functions as responsibilities. But we already have Essential Functions heading. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings where appropriate. We have Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Also we could use Responsibilities for Essential Functions. Or Requirements for Other Requirements? But we have both Qualifications and Other Requirements. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Qualifications and Other Requirements into Requirements? But we have distinct content. However we can create sections: Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule, Responsibilities (for Essential Functions). Also maybe Requirements for Other Requirements? But that may be thin. Could merge Other Requirements into Qualifications? They are separate but both are requirements. Could combine into a single Requirements section containing both qualification docs and other requirements. That would be fewer sections. Let's see: Qualifications includes education, experience, skills. Other Requirements includes physical abilities, attendance, etc. Could be part of Requirements. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: Qualifications (covering education, experience, skills), Responsibilities (essential functions), Benefits, Schedule. That's four sections. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we must include all details from Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities, Other Requirements, Essential Functions, Benefits/Compensation, Schedule. We'll put them under appropriate headings. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Qualifications

... combine education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, other requirements? Might be long but okay.

But we need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for lists we need to use ul/li. For prose we use p. Thus we need to break down lists. Qualifications: includes bullet-like items: Documentation verifying a high school diploma or GED AND one of the following: official transcripts verifying an Associate's degree (90 quarter, 60 semester) OR 72 quarter or 48 semester credits from an accredited university, college, community college or business school; OR ETS ParaPro Assessment result of 461 or higher. One year of related experience working with children in an educational setting preferred. Successful experience as part of an educational team preferred. Experience which demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and skills in working effectively in a team environment, providing support to achieve the desired goal(s) for the classroom and/or program area. Possess excellent problem solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills and ability to think quickly. We can make a ul for each bullet. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of abilities. Schedule

6.5 hours per day, 9 months per year.

We should not include Pay section because no specific pay rate. Also we should not include About the role. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We appreciate your interest..." etc. We removed. We preserved all substantive info: LTI assessment mention? We missed that: "All applicants must take and pass the LTI written and oral assessment. Successful applicants will receive an additional 1.00 per hour, which is included in the stated pay rate." This is important. Should be included somewhere. Could be under Qualifications or maybe a separate section like Requirements? Since it's a requirement for applicants. We can add a bullet under Qualifications or maybe under Other Requirements? It's a requirement. Let's add a bullet under Qualifications: "Must take and pass the LTI written and oral assessment; successful applicants receive an additional $1.00 per hour (included in the stated pay rate)." Also we missed "This is a one-on-one position" and "Fair Labor Standards Act Status: Non-Exempt". Could be included under Responsibilities or maybe a separate note. Could add a bullet under Responsibilities: "This is a one‑on‑one position." And maybe under Other Requirements? But better to add a bullet under Responsibilities or maybe a separate note. Since it's about the position nature, we can add a bullet under Responsibilities: "This is a one‑on‑one position." Also FLSA status maybe not needed but we can include as a bullet under Responsibilities or Other Requirements. Let's add under Responsibilities: "Fair Labor Standards Act status: Non‑Exempt." We need to ensure we didn't invent info. All good. Now incorporate these. Add bullet under Qualifications: "Must take and pass the LTI written and oral assessment; successful applicants receive an additional $1.00 per hour (included in the stated pay rate)." Add bullet under Responsibilities: "This is a one‑on‑one position." and another: "Fair Labor Standards Act status: Non‑Exempt."
