Paraeducator - Full Time Preschool

Full-time Paraeducator position in Goodyear.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified staff.
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) as required.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
