About the role

Responsibilities
- Supports the teacher in the kindergarten classroom
- Assists with lesson planning and implementation
- Provides individualized attention to students
- Ensures student safety and supervision
- Collaborates with other staff members
Requirements
- Child Development Associate (CDA), associate's degree, or Para-Pro required within 6 months of hiring
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with young children
