Overview
Ro Health is hiring for Paraeducators and Behavioral Classroom Aides to support students with behavioral needs in various school districts starting August 2026. This role involves implementing principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) with students from elementary to high school.
Location
- Oceanside Unified School District
- Carlsbad Unified School District
- Vista Unified School District
- San Marcos Unified School District
Schedule
Monday-Friday, hours: 8am-3pm. Hours may vary based on school site and term.
Compensation
- Paraeducator: Starting at $19/hr
- Behavioral Classroom Aide: Starting at $23/hr

Qualifications
- Experience in ABA preferred
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment skills
- Passion for supporting students in the learning process
- Inclination to work well in a team environment

- Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity
- Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults
