About the role

The Paraeducator supports students with behavior support needs in the classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Supports students with behavior support needs
• Assists teachers in managing classroom behavior
• Provides additional instructional support as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of behavior support strategies
