MISTAFF is seeking a dedicated educator to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the educational landscape in Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to enhance student learning outcomes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school improvement plans
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff
  • Engage with community partners to support student success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience at the K-12 level
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with data analysis and program evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of state and federal education policies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
