About the role
Provide educational support to students in a primary school setting. Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities.
Responsibilities
- Support students with individualized learning plans
- Participate in group and small group instruction
- Monitor student progress and report to teachers
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to enhance teaching methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Valid California teaching credential or temporary credential
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
