Job Duties
- Operate and maintain press and all auxiliary equipment
- Guide a crew to meet and exceed production standards
- Maintain customer quality requirements
- Understand set-up and maintenance procedures for entire press
- Assist supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations
Pay
Depends on position, shift, and experience but range is $18.00-30.90/hour
Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked
