Job Description
A cook who prepares cold foods, such as salads and desserts, and runs the fryer, preparing appetizers, fries, etc. Must be efficient with plating of food and presentation. Must maintain a clean work station and follow Brown Iron recipes.
Requirements
- Teamwork oriented and have a positive attitude
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Able to bend, crouch, and lift 30+ lbs
