Panel Quilter - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Loads/reloads fabric on quilting machine as well as polyurethane foam rolls onto quilting machine.
• Loads/reloads thread, thread machine and bobbins, adjusts needle positioning and patter as needed.
• Loads/reloads backing onto quilting machine.
• Measures and sets panel cutting blades, and adjusts panel cutting machine as needed.
• Operates multi-needle quilting machine to produce quilted mattress panels.
• Maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion, and performs job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Documents transition lengths.
• Walks to storage areas and returns with materials as needed.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Basic Math skills and attention to detail are required
• Production line experience helpful, but not required
• Aptitude for computers
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively, in a safe manner

• Hands-on experience with production equipment

Pay

$23.00/HR plus a $2 differential when working on 2nd shift
