Panel Assembly

About the role

Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member – Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package panels & doors
• Install windows into panels
• Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
• Follow sketches and drawings to complete work

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Dependable, hands-on team players
• Willing to learn and follow directions
• Able to meet deadlines and work safely

Skills

• Using basic hand tools and saws
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Pay

$18.50/hr + weekly pay
