About the role

The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is seeking a skilled and passionate Development Database Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining our comprehensive database system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update donor records in the CRM system
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry
  • Collaborate with fundraising staff to track and report on campaign progress
  • Prepare reports and analytics for decision-making
  • Support database training and user support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in database management or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and database design
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising practices

$50,000 - $55,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
