About the role
The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is seeking a skilled and passionate Development Database Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining our comprehensive database system.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update donor records in the CRM system
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry
- Collaborate with fundraising staff to track and report on campaign progress
- Prepare reports and analytics for decision-making
- Support database training and user support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in database management or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and database design
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising practices
