Palo Alto Corporate Associate
Location: Silicon Valley, CA
Experience: 3–4 Years PQE | Corporate & Venture Capital Focus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support VC/private financings, IPOs, and other corporate transactions
- Draft and negotiate corporate agreements and related documentation
- Supervise and coordinate associates and paralegals on deal execution
- Advising clients and investors on corporate governance and reporting
Who You Are
- 3–4 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally with VC or tech/life sciences clients
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating financing and corporate agreements
- Proven ability to manage deal flow and coordinate teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills
- Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $260,000–$365,000 (DOE)
