Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership/Management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities. Our average Salon Manager makes $50,000–$55,000 annually; top performers earn even more.
