Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, opening/closing business operations.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Pay

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour, with commission opportunities allowing our average employee to make $12 - $15 per hour. Top performers earn even more.
