About the role

The role of Palliative Medicine Physician at CHI Health Clinic involves joining a dynamic healthcare team in Lincoln, specializing in diagnosing and treating patients to significantly impact their lives and families. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Average 7 patient encounters per day per provider
• Collaborate with Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, and more
• M-F schedule with no call
• Accessible and timely specialty consult support
• Collaborative and open practice where your input and work are valued

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with families and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families

Qualifications
