We are seeking Palliative Care Physicians to join our team throughout Georgia at the following locations: Atlanta- 0.8 Augusta- 1.0 Columbus- 1.0 Conyers- 1.0 Newnan- 1.0 Stockbridge- 1.0
Qualifications
Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience is highly preferred)
Exceptional clinical and communication skills
EPIC experience a plus

Position Purpose

Perform inpatient and palliative care consultations
Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care clinical team
