Palliative Care NP Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Palliative Care NP Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote leadership role will oversee palliative care clinical operations while continuing to model hands-on patient care. The manager will help guide a multidisciplinary team, strengthen workflows, and support care quality for patients receiving serious illness support. This position blends clinical expertise, coaching, and operational accountability in a patient-centered setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, empathy, and experience leading clinical teams in a way that supports both patient outcomes and team performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Provide direct patient care via phone or video visits Lead patient panel reviews and participate in weekly IDT meetings Model clinical excellence as a player-coach for staff Support development and implementation of new workflows Supervise and coach clinical staff to meet business goals Conduct regular clinical audits and performance reviews Recruit, interview, and onboard new clinical staff Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Palliative Care Clinician 2+ years of experience leading clinical teams with accountability for outcomes Demonstrated ability to champion new initiatives Strong clinical and non-clinical judgment Deep empathy and commitment to patient care Ability to work with diverse backgrounds Willingness to learn from experiences and adapt Benefits Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plan with low or no premium Generous paid time off $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend Stock options for all employees Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above Parental leave program 401K program And more...
