Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology
• Current Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Practicing physicians, experienced physicians, and residents are all considered

Compensation

• Base salary of at least $258,000 in the first year
• Lucrative incentive program
• Sign‑on bonus: $45,000
• Relocation and house‑hunting assistance: up to $20,000
• Potential student‑loan repayment
• Potential monthly training stipend for up to 24 months
• Texas license‑fee reimbursement: $2,000
