Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience is highly preferred)
- Exceptional clinical and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Georgia Medical License
- EPIC experience a plus

Position Purpose
Perform inpatient and palliative care consultations
Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care clinical team
Assist patients and families in navigating complex medical decisions; help manage physical and emotional symptoms of patients with serious and complex illnesses; meet with families and patients to determine goals of care and document patients advance care wishes.
