Pallet Repair Operator

Responsibilities
- Uses a pneumatic nail gun and reciprocating saw to repair pallets.
- Places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place.
- Troubleshoots jams and performs basic maintenance of the saw.
- Stands for long periods of time and repeatedly lifts pallets weighing 60-75 lbs.
- Operates nail guns with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
- Ability to concentrate on tasks and understand and communicate information.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery.

Pay
$22.30 per hour + $1 shift differential.
Schedule
2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM.
