Pallet Repair Operator - 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a Pallet Repair Operator to join our Wilmington, MA team. If you have power tools experience, a strong work ethic and the ability to sweat through 8-hours of fast-paced shift, a Repair Operator position with CHEP could be a great fit!

- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM - Monday through Friday with OT

Role and Responsibilities
- Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets.
- In a repair department: places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place.
- In an assembly department: takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired.
- Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
- The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- 2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.
