What You'll Do
- Follow all safety protocols to help achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals
- Evaluate pallets for damage and perform repairs using nail guns, hammers, pry bars, and other tools
- Accurately sort pallets by quality and grade after inspection and repair
- Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards in a production-based role
- Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as assigned
- Practice "Clean as You Go" and maintain good housekeeping throughout your shift
- Safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, and reaching
- May be required to operate a forklift (training and certification provided)
What You Bring
- Familiarity with pallet repair tools (nail gun, hammer, pry bar, grinding wheel, Sawzall) is a plus
- Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork
