Pallet Repair - Afternoon Shift

About the role

Join a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to inspect and repair pallets using established criteria and tools in a fast-paced, production-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Inspect pallets for damage and perform repairs using nail guns, hammers, pry bars, and other tools.
• Accurately sort and grade pallets by quality after inspection and repair.
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as assigned.
• Practice “Clean as You Go” and maintain good housekeeping throughout your shift.
• Safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Operate a forklift as required (training and certification provided).

Requirements

• Familiarity with pallet repair tools (nail gun, hammer, pry bar, grinding wheel, Sawzall) is a plus.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Pay

$15.75–$16.00 per hour base, plus incentive.

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
