Pallet/Pit Tech
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pallet/Pit Tech to operate various industrial vehicles and assist with material handling in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Responsibilities
- Operate PITs: Use forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment to move materials.
- Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading/unloading vehicles.
- Material Handling: Move, locate, relocate, and stack items.
- Staging and Pallet Building: Prepare materials for delivery.
- Safety: Ensure safe operation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and maintenance.
- Clean and maintain buildings/facilities, including furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Wash and replace blinds.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
- Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Qualifications
- Preferred:
- Attention to Detail: Accurate placement and loading of items.
- Ability to Follow Instructions: Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff.
- Customer service experience.
- 1 year of similar work experience.

Pay
$19.00 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule
Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm.
