Pallet Assembly Operator, 1st shift - Livonia, MI

Responsibilities
- Follow repair guidelines to execute the replacement components on either bottom deck or top deck of pallet.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integrations of parts.
- Monitor and adjust assembly processes to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
- Ensure the integrity of assembled pallet components.
- Ensure adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following company safety standards.
- Wear appropriate Personal Prote Equipment daily.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.
- Work closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between assembly processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the disassembly/assembly process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail gun, or other relevant tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to understand and communicate information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to work flexibly in an ever-changing environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience following quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay
$18/hour base wage, weekly pay with direct deposit options.
Schedule
1st shift - Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2pm.
