What You'll Work On

  • Architect, develop, and optimize Foundry-based applications and data pipelines for your customer.
  • Guide your team through the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
  • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and Foundry adoption initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership for junior engineers and act as a mentor in best practices.
  • Oversee code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and software governance within the team.
  • Drive ontology mapping, data modeling, and API development to support data integration.
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to define development roadmaps and sprint planning.
  • Establish and enforce DevSecOps principles within Foundry projects.

  • Experience leading teams in classified or restricted network environments.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry tools, such as Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver, Code Workbook, Pipeline Builder, and AIP.
  • Knowledge of governance or security concepts in secure environments.
  • Ability to translate mission requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, and security-sensitive environments.
  • TS/SCI clearance.

Career Path

  • Experience with mission analytics or government-focused data solutions.
  • Knowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of API integration.
  • Knowledge of data engineering tools and frameworks, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and non-technical users.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
