Palantir Mission Integration Lead
What You'll Work On
- Architect, develop, and optimize Foundry-based applications and data pipelines for your customer.
- Guide your team through the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
- Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and Foundry adoption initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership for junior engineers and act as a mentor in best practices.
- Oversee code repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and software governance within the team.
- Drive ontology mapping, data modeling, and API development to support data integration.
- Work with leadership and stakeholders to define development roadmaps and sprint planning.
- Establish and enforce DevSecOps principles within Foundry projects.
What You Have
- Experience leading teams in classified or restricted network environments.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry tools, such as Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver, Code Workbook, Pipeline Builder, and AIP.
- Knowledge of governance or security concepts in secure environments.
- Ability to translate mission requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, and security-sensitive environments.
- TS/SCI clearance.

- Experience with mission analytics or government-focused data solutions.
- Knowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of API integration.
- Knowledge of data engineering tools and frameworks, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Ability to lead the implementation of data pipelines, ontology, and Foundry applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and non-technical users.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
