About the role
Design and implement enhancements within Palantir Foundry and AIP applications to improve forecast accuracy and inventory planning. Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives) to deliver iterative, high-value technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine the digital twin data models and Palantir Ontology objects that support historical sales and market demand integration.
- Utilize Pipeline Builder and Palantir AIP to automate data flows, scenario modeling, and dynamic scheduling across the supply chain.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for demand planning tool issues, identifying root causes, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Partner directly with Demand Planners, Supply Chain teams, and commercial partners to gather requirements and translate complex business needs into technical workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain systems (specifically Demand Planning or S&OP) or IT operations.
- Palantir Expertise: Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Data Integration, Pipeline Builder, and building Foundry applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data transformation. Experience with Palantir APIs or Ontology SDK is preferred.
- Agile Knowledge: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to manage tasks, user stories, and technical debt.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently present technical solutions to non-technical business leaders and write clear technical documentation.
