About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Palantir Foundry Architect, Admin & FinOps Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in managing enterprise Foundry environments, ensuring platform reliability, operational excellence, and cost-efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain Palantir Foundry platform architecture and governance standards.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Foundry environments.
  • Review solution designs and recommend architecture improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to support and administration teams.
  • Collaborate with business and engineering teams on platform roadmaps and capacity planning.
  • Maintain platform health, performance, storage utilization, pipelines, and integrations.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents and critical issues.
  • Coordinate with Palantir Support for product-related issues and escalations.
  • Ensure platform availability, stability, and SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution in Mechanical / Computer Science/ Information Systems Management or related field required.
  • Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry.
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Experience in platform architecture, administration, support operations, governance, and FinOps.

Preferred Skills

  • Foundry Ontology design and governance.
  • Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Workshop, and Data Lineage.
  • Foundry Monitoring and Operational Support.
  • Data Integration and Data Governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Foundry implementations.

Pay

  • In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ/VT/MA: $114,000 to $167,000.
  • In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500.

Schedule

  • Sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
  • Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
