About the role
You will lead the sales strategy for Audacy's portfolio of radio stations, podcasts, and digital platforms. Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform and adapt sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the audio and/or digital media sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Passion for audio and digital media.
- Experience in podcasting and understanding of the podcast ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising strategies.
