Painting Contractor

We are seeking experienced Painting Contractors to support renovation, maintenance, and property preparation projects across our portfolio. This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, project-based scheduling. Projects are assigned based on property needs, scope, and timelines, allowing you to take on work that aligns with your availability and capacity. Responsibilities Include Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and light commercial properties Prepare surfaces (patching, sanding, priming, caulking) for high-quality finishes Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using proper techniques and equipment Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and professional presentation Maintain job site cleanliness and organization Communicate project progress, timelines, and completion updates Valid contractor license (if required by State of Florida/local regulations)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationProven experience in residential and/or light commercial paintingAbility to complete interior and exterior painting projectsKnowledge of surface preparation, priming, and finishing techniquesMust have your own tools, equipment, and supplies (sprayers, rollers, ladders, etc.)Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing standardsAbility to manage projects, timelines, and job site cleanlinessReliable, professional, and able to work independently
