Scope of work The contractor will clean, prepare, and paint the spillway gate machinery at Barkley Dam, including removal of loose coatings, corrosion repair, and application of the specified coating system. The project covers all 12 spillway gates and has an anticipated performance period of about 450 calendar days. Important: This is specifically restricted to SDVOSB contractors, so a normal painting company that does not qualify as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business would not be eligible to bid directly.
