About the role
The company is seeking skilled individuals to join their team in Olathe, KS. Positions available include Painters, Industrial Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shipping & Receiving Specialist, Assembler, QA Specialist, and Production Associate.
Responsibilities
- Painters: Apply paint to various surfaces using spray guns and other equipment.
- Industrial Engineer: Design and improve manufacturing processes, analyze data to optimize efficiency, and implement new technologies.
- Maintenance Technician: Perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Shipping & Receiving Specialist: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, process paperwork, and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Assembler: Assemble components according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
- QA Specialist: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Production Associate: Assist in production activities, including operating machinery and performing quality control checks.
Requirements
- Painters: High school diploma or equivalent, experience in painting preferred.
- Industrial Engineer: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, experience in industrial settings preferred.
- Maintenance Technician: High school diploma or equivalent, relevant certifications may be required.
- Shipping & Receiving Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills are beneficial.
- Assembler: High school diploma or equivalent, manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
- QA Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent, strong analytical skills are required.
- Production Associate: High school diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently and follow instructions is necessary.
