Essential Duties
- Paint: Prepare and paint components, parts, fixtures, door jambs, base extrusion, base frames and finished products as specified. Follow established process procedures and various manufacturers' recommendations for using coating products. Adhere to Virginia environmental procedures and process. Use hand and power tools as needed. Set-up, operate, and maintain paint spraying equipment. Perform daily Spray Log (Paint Spray Booth (SB2)) and Shift Readings Log (Paint Spray Booth (SB2)).
- Foam Spray: Prepare work surface to be foam sprayed and mask areas that should not come in contact with foam spray or overspray. Set-up and operate Graco – Reactor2 H-50 (Plural Components Proportioner) spray foam system. Validate spray foam is applied to the correct specifications listed in specific job work order submittal documentation. Adhere to Munters Quality System. Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork. Perform material handling procedures. Maintain inventory control. Ensure daily accurate reporting of employee's labor to specific work orders. Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Powder Coat Paint: Prepare and paint parts, fixtures, frames, etc., as specified to meet customer requirements. Follow established process procedures for coating various materials. Setup and operate Powder Coating Equipment based on prescribed application methods. Maintain and calibrate powder coating equipment, spray booth, and bake oven. Adhere to Munters Quality System. Perform pre-coat, in-process, and finished quality inspection processes. Complete quality assurance inspection and in-process paperwork. Accurately tag parts after coating process. Perform material handling procedures. Maintain inventory control. Ensure daily accurate reporting of employee's labor to specific work orders. Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Other Duties: Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements. Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Operate in compliance with all safety rules and requirements. Participate in meetings and work groups to assist with training new employees, integrating activities, communicating issues, obtaining approvals, resolving problems, and maintaining knowledge of new developments, requirements, and policies. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Hours of Work
- Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production demands.
