Painter/Powder Coater Night Shift

Essential Duties

• Paint: Prepare and paint components, parts, fixtures, door jambs, base extrusion, base frames and finished products as specified. Follow established process procedures and various manufacturers' recommendations for using coating products. Maintain Virginia environmental procedures and process. Use various hand and power tools as needed.
• Foam Spray: Prepare work surface to be foam sprayed, mask areas, set-up and operate Graco – Reactor2 H-50 spray foam system, validate spray foam application, adhere to Munters Quality System, complete quality assurance inspection, and maintain inventory.
• Powder Coat Paint: Prepare and paint parts, fixtures, frames, etc., following process procedures for coating various materials. Set-up and operate powder coating equipment, maintain equipment, and perform quality inspection. Tag parts after coating process.
• Other Duties: Perform or assist with operations throughout the factory, maintain work areas, follow safety rules, participate in meetings, and assist with training new employees.

Physical Demands

• Frequently move up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, lift, grasp, and reach.

Hours of Work

• Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours required to meet production demands.
