Painter (Part Time)

About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis.
• Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out Daily Work request.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess general maintenance knowledge.
• Qualified candidate must have good communication skills.
• Candidate must have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools (ladders, genie-lift, etc.), and to include Personal protective equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and associates.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
