Position Overview

The Painter is responsible for maintaining the appearance, finish quality, and presentation standards of Nautilus 220 through professional interior and exterior painting, touch-up work, surface preparation, and cosmetic maintenance support throughout the property. This role supports the overall maintenance and operations team by ensuring all resident-facing and back-of-house areas consistently reflect the luxury hospitality standards of the community.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional painting experience
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, finishing methods, and repair practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship and presentation standards
• Ability to safely operate ladders, painting tools, spray equipment, and maintenance equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to complete projects efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance operations team
• Working knowledge of safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards preferred
• Ability to maintain professionalism while working in resident-facing luxury environments
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred given the resident community and operational environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds including paint supplies, ladders, equipment, and materials
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions including heat, humidity, dust, fumes, and confined workspaces
