About the role
The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is seeking a full-time Painter for the Morris Inn, a AAA Four Diamond Hotel located at the heart of Notre Dame’s campus. The UOES Division oversees event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and milestone celebrations. As a key member of our operations team, you will help maintain the pristine condition and luxurious atmosphere guests expect, preserving the charm and distinction of Notre Dame’s premier on-campus hotel.
Responsibilities
- Paint walls and surfaces within the Morris Inn & McKenna Hall public spaces, offices, and guest rooms
- Prepare and clean up painting assignments
Qualifications
- Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
Three years of experience is strongly preferred.
