About the role
The Oaks Club is seeking a full-time Painter/Maintenance Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for painting and maintaining Club facilities while providing exceptional service to members and guests.Responsibilities
- Paint and finish walls, buildings, equipment, and other surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical (up to 220 volts), and carpentry repairs.
- Power wash and maintain various areas throughout the property.
- Safely operate tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
- Complete daily work orders and other assigned tasks.
- Work cooperatively with fellow team members and uphold The Oaks Club A.I.T.P.E. Core Values.
Qualifications
- Previous painting and general maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
