What You'll Do

• Perform assigned painting/wallcovering as directed
• Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas (painting and wallcovering)
• Restore painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions
• Perform drywall repairs as needed
• Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor
• Take all safety precautions concerning residents, staff and visitors (i.e. utilize 'wet paint' signs, safety cones, and caution tape)
• Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition
• Support creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting
• Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering
• Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Doctor's statement verifying free from communicable disease, if applicable in your state
